Gisele Dunn
Enrolled Agent, Shareholder
Gisele holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, along with an active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential. As an EA, she is licensed by the United States Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states.
Gisele is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents (FSEA), TaxProfessionals.com, TaxCure, the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB), and the National Society of Accountants (NSA).
Gisele is also featured as a Crypto Tax Consultant for CoinTracking.info and an artificial intelligence (AI) advisor on the Blue J Legal tax research panel. Additionally, she is a tax software subject matter expert/advisor for Arbolus and Guidepoint.
Geoffrey "Mouse" Dunn
Back Office Operations, Shareholder
Geoffrey has served his country for over 25 years; first in the US Navy, and later as a Correctional Case Manager with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. After spending over 22 years in a maximum security federal prison (as a Correctional Officer-not an inmate!), he made his escape and joined the Sunshine team.
Geoffrey plays a vital role in ensuring our business runs smoothly behind the scenes. From administration to maintenance and back-office operations, he handles the recurring tasks that keep our systems and processes secure, organized, and functioning efficiently.
Keelie Francisco
Enrolled Agent, Notary Public
Keelie began her career with Sunshine Tax Relief as an administrative assistant. Through hard work and determination, she became an Enrolled Agent. She is also a Notary Public who is authorized to provide in-person and remote online notary services.
Since joining in 2022, Keelie has gained extensive knowledge in tax preparation, continually expanding her skills to provide clients with accurate returns and reliable service. Her journey reflects a strong commitment to both personal growth and helping clients successfully navigate their tax needs.
Katy Mulverhill
Records Specialist, Notary Public
Katy’s passion for customer service makes her an indispensable member of our team. She is also a Notary Public who is authorized to provide in-person notary services.
As part of her administrative duties, Katy ensures that client data is accurately recorded and securely maintained. She is also responsible for streamlining office processes and ensuring that all records are updated and easily searchable. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail help maintain the efficiency and professionalism of our operations.
